"Service is unbelievably slow, and seems super inefficient. They don’t label anything w peoples names during busy times so everyone is like “is this mine?” And it wastes the workers time! Just be prepared if you go during a busy time. And the food is just okay."

"Last Saturday (3/25/2023) we went to Bliss along with another couple who are also our family friends.My wife asked for extra milk in her drip coffee twice to suit her taste. The lady on the counter was rude and said let me tell you if you need more milk then ask for Cafe Latte and she rubbed in by further adding that Cafe Latte has 20% coffee and 80% milk. Upon hearing this and in a rude tone, my wife explained last time in another shop she ordered the same coffee with extra milk, they served it to her taste. Further my wife apologized saying I am sorry if I troubled you by asking extra milk the server with a vengeance replied back no it wasn 't a trouble but I was trying to TEACH you.Seriously!!!!!All this conversation was loud and across the counter and heard by everyone in the shop including our friends.My wife felt very bad. Same thing could have been done in person and politely.Amazing fact is they have a poster that says Work Hard and be nice to people . Their actions did to match up with their credo. This is a perfect case of hypocrisy.I have been to many places and I generally rate them very high. This is one place that epitomizes rude and rash behavior and trash talk."

"My favorite breakfast place. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Don't miss the waffle with apples! I get mine without the whipped cream and with the maple syrup. A perfect breakfast!"

"Just ordered from here for the first time and had the worst experience of my life. I had three items wrong/poorly made. When I came to the store to have it re-made I was met outside by the manager who was defensive from the start. Mind you, I’m calm and respectful-just wanting my food made right.I’m then ushered into the front register where the cashier seems annoyed and is audibly huffing and puffing. The manager then comes back in and asks why I don’t like my coffee. I say “Respectfully, it taste like water” then both the cashier and the manager start man-splaining to me what a macchiato is…at that point I just asked for a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable eating from such hostile people. I swear before God himself, I was not disrespectful to these folks but I was met with SO much disrespect. I don’t do well with argumentative people and I DON’T do well with un-kind people.Really sucks when local businesses let you down, they will never see my money again."
