"There's a reason this place has SO many amazing reviews and it was worth the mile walk from our hotel. My husband groaned ver the long hot walk, but was so happy after we ate. The Cubans are huge and big enough to split, and are so so good. The empanadas were also so flavorful and fresh. You have to get a cortadito coffee too! A delicious and creamy coffee that tastes like dessert. I will 100% be back here next time I'm in Miami."

"This spot was a hidden gem for a family breakfast at a decent price. Best Cafe Latte ever had. Forget Starbucks! They had small bites, guava empanadas, croquettes, eggs (fried/scrambled), pancakes, sausages. The service was friendly and popular amongst locals. Also visited for dinner."

"This wonderful inexpensive restaurant serves the best Cuban ;salad ; type dish. It 's called a chop chop and comes in a large shallow bowl filled with black beans, rice, lettuce tomato and grilled chopped chicken. Take my advice and add the curry mustard sauce and you 'll definitely go back again and again. Also, check out their ;kids eat free ; deals."

"My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. Our room was right above the front of the hostel where the DJ plays. The music went on quite late so we were awake until about 3am. Maybe if the windows were thicker it might help as a few times I kept checking them as they sounded like they were open as you could hear so much outside The staff were so lovely and friendly. It really is in a great location. Normally the noise wouldnt of bothered us as we would of been out partying as well. But coming from another trip we just wanted a nights rest and it just isnt that sort of place. They do supply earplugs which is a bonus lol. I would recommend it to the younger crowd who enjoy to be out at night."

"The people are nice but seem overworked and stretched thin.The restaurant had nice decor.We sat at an outdoor bar table for an hour without anybody cleaning the table from the last customers or taking our drink order. After an hour with no service, I walked to the bar, waited 10 more minutes and ordered a pina colada. The total was $21.93 which is expensive.For breakfast, I ordered their $15 breakfast combo that says it comes with “a drink of my choice”. Under the section labeled drinks, I ordered a smoothie. When I received the bill, I was charged $15 for the breakfast and $12 for the smoothie. I had to speak to the manager to have the $12 removed. She told me that my meal only came with coffee or juice. They should change the menu to read “coffee or juice” instead of “a drink of my choice”."

"Really enjoyed the bar. It has lots of chic rock decorations as well as shiplap decorations, mood lighting and a large collection of whiskies and rums. Nice location close to the beach. The food was also delicious. I had the cuban and my girlfriend had the Buddha bowl with shrimp and we shared the chips and guac. Next time I’m in town, It is a must for me!"

"One waitress ,one cook, many tables. Waitress was overwhelmed but was very pleasant and did fine under the circumstances . Food was mediocre. Cuban pork chunks fatty and bland. Chicken sandwich good"
