"The food is amazing. The vibe is amazing. Very authentic food but refined enough to be worth the price. The best Cuban spot for miles! The only complaint is that the staff either treats you like family or like the family backyard dog that got into the house with mud on your paws. Food is great though, just have to roll the dice on service. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"

"We met friends there for a spontaneous celebration and had a phenomenal time! There was a bit of a wait on the Friday night but it was well worth it! The spicy egg rolls are amazing! And the drinks are delicious! We had a ball and we're definitely going back! Definitely our go-to spot in downtown Lawrenceville!"

"After a one time cold gumbo served to me a few months back everything from then on and before has been perfect. One mistake in all these countless visits since they opened. I am talking original location until now. One mistake. That is why I am reposting a review. Everyone gets one. Today Erik took care of my family with attentiveness, kindness, wit and humor. This is still and will always be the best place in Lawrenceville for craft beers and unique eats. Although I am not a huge French frie guy they were pretty good this visit. Great dipping sauces to go with them. Green Goddess was on point. Sat downstairs for the first time and it is as cool as the upstairs. Your eyes will take in the great design, your mouth will water from the food and drink and your feet will be running back for more."

"Very good fish sandwich. Had a very lively dive-bar feel to it but the food seems pretty legit. They are pretty chill about customizing your order to your preference. I had the fish sandwich with chipotle sauce and guacamole instead of tartar sauce and I liked it."

"If I could give zero stars I would, ever since taco Mac took over old town tavern it has sucked. Haven’t been back in MANY months thought I try again. After 25 minutes and no service walked out! Do yourself a favor, don’t go here!"
