"About 36 of our school staff ordered lunch from Big Jerk. We were all blown away by the portion size, the quality and the taste. It was all placed in a warming caddy for us, clearly labelled and delicious. The order process was so easy and Kevin gave us a set menu to select from to make ordering easy. He was quick to respond to email and made the e transfer process super simple. We will for sure be ordering from Big Jerk again. Thanks again Kevin"

"I always enjoy bringing people to Ellison's. Local chef and proprietor Elvis is very friendly and welcomed guests to his bistro. I find the food tasty my two favourites are the jambalaya and the blackened catfish. I enjoy dining on white table cloths. I especially appreciate that there's no distracting music in the background, so you can have good conversation with your dining companion.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options."

"This is a small restaurant with seating for maybe 15 - 20 people. The decorations are intriguing. On the wall is a beautiful, large picture of a White Lotus in keeping with the numinous atmosphere that pervades the little restaurant.English is not the first language spoken by the propietor so a pencil and paper are provided so youcan write down your order. Good idea!It is quite a varied menu with a fine variety of choices of appetizers, soups, noodles, rice, curries and so on.I chose the Spicey Thai Coconut Sauce with Shrimp and I am glad that I did. The dish arrived with at least six nicely cooked large shrimp in a delicately spiced sauce with a wonderful fragrance. I had wondered if the "Spicey" adjective would turn out to be a "mouth on fire" sensation and I was very impressed with the subtlety of the wonderfully flavoured coconut sauce. There were lots of beautifully cooked carrot slivers, snow peas and other healthy vegetables. My partner chose the Red Curry Chicken with Steamed Rice and was equally impressed by the quality and quantity of the flavourful but not overpowering spices.This seems to be mainly a takeout restaurant, at least when we were there. We were the only diners seated at a table but there was a steady stream of customers arriving to pick up their orders.I do wish to return soon. It was really good!"

"It was a weekend afternoon and we were so hungry. We decided to try this place instead of regular fast food joints. We were greeted nice by a gentleman. We felt home like atmosphere. I ordered goat curry and my wife tried Jerk chicken. Goat was cooked to nice perfection and Jerk chicken is best of all time. Not very spicy but very very tasty. Also we heard that they are moving to new location. We will definitely add this place to our favourite place. Definitely will go again and again. Thanks!!"

"I live near the restaurant but had never tried their food until last Sunday when we ordered takeout for four people. It was hot and delicious with an abundance of food. We tried coconut shrimp, Cantonese chow mein and various other dishes and all were really good. Service was fast and excellent. We will go back again soon."
