"Ordered delivery through MenuStar app at 5:59 pm on 1/29/22. Orange chicken was chewy, like it was overcooked or old. They also sent me garlic shrimp instead of garlic chicken, so I called and the lady who answered was really nice and they sent out an order of garlic chicken. It was just off- had a fish smell, which maybe they use fish sauce, ok, but it wasn’t very good. It was really greasy too.I called again to ask for my money back for at least the garlic chicken, and she told me she couldn’t do refunds since I ordered through MenuStar. So I tried to go back to MenuStar and of course they don’t have any option to report a problem with an order.To be fair, the lady who answered was really apologetic and I know restaurants are having a tough time with staffing right now.I don’t like to leave bad reviews, I try to work it out but it’s obvious there’s no redemption here- I’m out $40, hopefully I can at least warn someone else to order directly through the restaurant so if the food is bad you have a chance to get a refund."
