"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"Wow! An American classic that has been perfected! Large donuts with loads of body, taste, variety and more. We tried four different donuts and they were all perfect. This is a large donut shop with a friendly staff and a nice selection. The only negative is that there are not many seats and sometimes people will stay there for a very long time."

"I was so nervous when I called a few bakeries the day before my birthday, and they said it was too late to make me a cake! Cake is incredibly important to me on my birthday, so I was aghast. I felt so blessed when I told The Henion Bakery and Barbara that she would not only make me a cake, but asked me exactly how I wanted it!! She led me through all my options for cakes and icing. When I said I wanted some fruit and chocolate, but was afraid of it being too sweet, she smashed dark chocolate, and so on until I had a chocolate cake with dark chocolate garnish icing and her special strawberry butter cream filling with coarsely cut strawberries. It turned out to be so beautiful that I cut out some extra slices and frozen them before my friends could finish everything. Of course, they did not stay in the freezer for very long. Thank you!"

"Tim Horton's does a good job keeping the drive thru moving quickly. The coffee is consistent and the service is good. The only thing I would say could improve are the bagels! They are okay, but Starbucks bagels are soooo much better."
