"If you like beer, this place is worth finding! Ideally you’d walk but it is away from the coast so most, like us will probably choose to drive and park in the street. We got our beers and sat outside, across the road. It is next to the church, so many people sit on the steps of the church. Key thing to note: it isn’t where the TripAdvisor coordinates show you! Type the name into Google Maps to find it."

"Walked 25 minutes along the beach to reach this bar hoping for some lunch. We were met by a very dismissive and very rude waiter who wouldn't even seat us without us being certain as to whether we wanted a main meal or a snack. We then noticed that we could not pay with card here meaning we could only afford a drink and some crisps. The waiter then asked us to move from our shaded area to sit directly in the sun as we weren't going to order from the main menu. When we asked if we could stay in the shade, he huffed, shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. We didn't get any further than this with our experience here as this waiter was incredibly rude so we left. Would not recommend."

"Nice restaurant. Nice food. Nice staff. To expensive. To expensive for this kind of restaurants. They didn't have cold drinks and gave us a malt energy drink instead of dark beer."

"We had a lunch with 4 people here, actually is the first thing we noticed that they only asked 3 of us what we wanted to eat, and the 4th person was forgotten until he went into the bar himself to order. okay, that may happen, maybe they forgot how it was pretty busy, but it didn't seem very attentive. then our food arrived and it was in order, nothing special, but not bad. the octopus salad was a good starter. the eating portions were quite large. which was not very nice was that the waiters rushed and were rude. they seemed stressed and angry when we had a moment to think about our eating. Anyway, the place has a beautiful view of the marina of vila franca do campo, which makes it a little more attractive, therefore it was probably quite busy, not for the service, they should improve their attitude or find a job they enjoy."
