"We had a bad experience and are trying to resolve it directly with the restaurant but because they won?t respond to us in person or on the phone? We placed an order for delivery and we?re told it would be there in 40 minutes. After more than an hour we called to check on the ETA and we?re told the driver would be right there. At an hour twenty still no delivery so we called again and we?re again told that the driver would be right there. 10 minutes later we tried calling back and there was no answer. Tried several times nobody would answer the phone. We gave up ordered, and went and picked up Mexican food. Almost 2 hours later to the minute, the delivery driver for Emerald Garden came to our door. I explained it had been 2 hours and that we?d gotten other food. I asked what he would?ve done? He said he got stuck in traffic and had to make another delivery and walked off immediately. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant with bad traffic 8 minutes. Had they told us on the phone when we called that their delivery driver was slammed we would have happily picked it up. We?ve eaten here and had deliveries several times before and generally been happy. We really don?t want them to lose business (other than ours) over this. But they?re refusing to talk to us or refund us for food we didn?t get. Disappointing. We realize times are tough for restaurants and are sympathetic to a fault. This could have been so easily resolved."

"Tonight revived. Right size parts and happy to be able to order only 2 spring rolls or crispy egg rolls instead of a large batch that is not good for only 2 people. Soon back."

"Decent Vietnamese. Portions were smaller than other Vietnamese places, and many of the sauces such as the Nuoc Cham for the Bun Bowl and Peanut sauce for Spring Rolls, were weak and watered down. Would come here again, but hope they can improve these things."

"Went for lunch and food was pretty good. Ordered sweet sour chicken, chicken was tender and the vegetables still had a bite to them. Fairly sweet so I prefer to get steamed white rice rather than the fried rice. Got 2 egg rolls on the side which were hot and fresh, definitely coming back again. I recommend also trying the sesame chicken or the green beans"

"Such a great experience. Was out of visit and stumbled over this rockin gem! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, we had the onion strings for the appie and the burgers we had so good!! Large selection of beer. Loves the ambience and will surely go back!"

"My only complaint was that we were seated next to the outdoor play area and no parents were near to supervise and they were screeching over and over. So not a knock on the place, but maybe make sure you are not seated close to that area."
