"I agree with other reviewers that this may not be the best place in terms of the quality of the food, but El Mirador does offer a perfectly decent breakfast (my favourite - hot chocolate or cafe de olla, pan de yema, fruit, entomatadas with egg or pork. Mmmmmm!) with beautiful views over the city, which more than make up for the service, which overall was not particularly friendly.Ask the restaurant to call you a taxi when you leave, as during the day you could be stuck outside on the road in the sun and there is no shade, and at night, as another reviewer mentioned, it may not be safe.Value-wise I would say that it is overpriced for what it offers.It is definitely worth a visit though - especially if you manage to convince them to change the awful lounge music they seem to favour (and which ruins the atmosphere) for something more typical!"

"Well we went to Huatulco and in our second nite we decide to go out for dinner but no idea that we will find poutine here !!!!…the service its excellent!!.. and they speak fluid english and french also they have a Very Good burger with nice crispy bacon,my wife eat the fish and chips very good fish!!! mahi mahi !!!…OMG!!! so tender and delicious !!!...we only miss the dessert good music and great time the owner attend the business so the service its excellent we will come back for breakfast they have english muffin with egg with brown sauce…. sounds good Sure we will come back!!..."

"Dropped by by chance. Ordered a Tostada....Wow! It was the size of the plate. Awesome taste. Great service. My wife and I plan to go next day to try their breakfast. Update: had breakfast; just average. Same with service. Will come back only if I am in the mood for Tostada."

"Me and my wife eat at Cabuche quite often. We love their vegetarian pozole and the curado de avena (great for your belly). Not so many vegetarian options, but one can only eat so much, so we are happy with what there is. Vegan/vegetarian tacos and tostadas with calabacitas and mole, quelites, mushrooms, are delicious. Vegan may find it more difficult, but if you ask the staff they will surley figure something out. Many salads and huaraches are also on the menu for vegetarians."

"We stopped to breakfast and the food and service was amazing. we ordered the chilequiles and entomatadas, and both were great, but the chilequiles really bleeded us away. we also have a plate of obstinate that tasted so fresh. highly recommended!"

"Talking about coffee very well done guys, you know what you are selling but talking about service you totally sucks, you delivery every coffee in different time when we ordered 3 different coffe and the last one my friends finished their coffee and mine arrived....And you weren’t busy. And they changed the presentational V60 for mine. You really need to work on service but your coffee is amazing by itself."
