"We placed a nearly $150. order last night for take out.. I waited 40 min. at the bar for the food to be prepared. Never offered so much as a drink of water while waiting (and this was on a Tuesday night when town was not very busy). Staff needed to check the order 3x by taking it out of the bags to make sure everything was included. I observed a gentleman coming in and saying clearly Pick up order for Bob . He was shown the way to the toilet. There are some communication problems here. Food was good, though over priced for Chinese. It needs to be pointed out that Henry 's uses an outside vendor for their on-line order app. If you order on line, expect approximately a 10% service fee. As other reviewers have noted, by not answering their phone, Henry 's forces patrons to their on line app. Also, the time slide does not give accurate predictions of when your food will be ready for pick up."

"Service was fantastic. Appetizers were pretty good meatballs had a good sauce, but were a little dry; zucchini flowers were tender, but under seasoned; Auberginen-App was ok but didn't stand out. My Gnocchi court was average, but the Mezzi Rigatoni of my wife was very good. But I was very disappointed at the desserts. All desserts were 1 star for me (and we tried 4 different in our group). Go to Al Dente for pasta and service and go somewhere else to dessert."

"Ordered the same thing we get 2 times a week and there was meat in both dishes (we don't eat meat). Immediately called no answer, called again no answer, figured they were closed. Threw the food away and went hungry for the night after a 16 hr day.Called the next day to ask for a refund and was told they won't refund without the product back. What?? What would they do withit?.. well of course it's trash day and they've already come so it's not even possible. Paid more than usual thought it was aprice increase nope price was higher for the meat. So I paid more, couldn't even eat it and then was told to bring the food backafter I explained the garbage men had taken it. Been giving them my business for 7+ years and the order has been the same for 5.I won't give them my business again. Nobody backs their business anymore!"

"Came in for wine and snacks. The wine was great recommend the Alba red). Food was good but a little overpriced for the portion size $10 for a little serving of potatoes). We paid $135 for a bottle of wine and 3 apps. Subtracting another star because of the weird 20% service charge that is advertised as “not a tip.” Are you expected to tip an additional 20% on top of that? Very confusing."
