Fall of the bone Lamb shoulder amazing. A slow cooked chicken dish with fragrance rice , im dying of pleasure and then a spinach dish like no other and a Dahl to Dahl for ! This is another rare occasion where i cant fault the food. Thank you for being so passionate about your food"

"We last went here during its previous incarnation as 'Grace' and now discovered they have got rid of the 'French Revolution' theme and taken the decor in the big rear room upmarket. The place was absolutely heaving with people by 7pm on a Friday. Our dinner was a bit chaotic (nothing to do with the restaurant) as we had a big family party celebrating a 6 year old's birthday. The staff managed all this very efficiently, keeping the food coming on big platters. It was a bit hard to concentrate on the food, but it was all quite unusual and nearly all delicious. The gnocchi dish was especially good, and the lamb. They suggest sharing everything on the menu, which we did. In fact there was far too much food but they happily packed the remnants up as takeaway. And they gave us plates for our own cake for the birthday girl. Yes, definitely recommended. Prices quite high but big serves and extremely family friendly."

"We dine or get takeaway from this restaurant a few times a year and have generally been very happy with the food, unfortunately after this weekend we will not be going back. One of the dishes could only be described as rank or off - the pork was foul, inedible and tainted the rest of the meal. It actually tasted like the meat was off. While they refunded us the $14 it did put us off and as it was mixed with other dishes on our plates, much of the meal was thrown away."

"A group of 9, We admired the tiles and light fixtures but the restaurant was noisy with hard surfaces reflecting the sound. The food was beautiful and the waitress ok but after our mains we were ignored. They didn't clear the plates or bother asking after us: did we enjoy it? did we want deserts or coffee? We did. They missed out on the opportunity of making a few more dollars and satisfied customers."
