"I didn't realize this was a hotel restaurant when I booked the reservation. I might have considered another location had I realized it was in a hotel. The food and service were very good. The brunch buffet was fairly fresh and hot. It was a little noisy and very expensive. But overall an enjoyable brunch."

"The server really saved the day. Ron is the best! However, very disappointed with hostesses. We arrived on time for our reservations and were informed our table was still occupied and they had no eta for when it would be ready and asked us to sit at the bar where we had a bartender who was annoyed with a simple question of what do you think is better the bellini or sangria. In addition, after 30+ minutes of waiting the hostess came by and said “did you close out your tab because your table is ready” as if we were being an inconvenience. I’d recommend some additional training to make sure Customer Service starts at the front of the house."

"We wanted to try Virginia's on King for some time. Unfortunately, expectations were dashed. Our server was outstanding and the mixed drinks tasty. However, the tomato pie looked like a bowl of melted cheese with a couple sliced tomatoes on top. Hubby's burger and fries were not hot. Daughter's meatloaf looked like bread. It was decent, but lacked personality. The server started out well, but never returned with more water, though we requested more a couple of times. All in all for a mediocre dinner was the last straw."

"Our waiter was new-had only been there 2 days so was not knowledgeable about many things. One of the reasons we go to Cure is for the Happy Hour Manhattans which are barrel-aged flavors change with the season. Once we were able to deal with the waiter, after he called over a more experienced waitress, we finally were on the same page as far as the drinks were concerned. Two of us had the tomato pie which was made a bit differently from most in that it did not have mayonnaise in it so was a bit lighter, but very good. My husband had both the mussels the oysters Rockefeller which he reported were good. Overall, this is a good place to go in the neighborhood, food is reasonably priced, drinks pretty good it is fairly quiet."

"Food was not that great. The charcuterie was good although very little charcuterie and more olives and pickles. The catch of the day was swordfish and it was extremally salty. Same with the pasta dish, way to much salt and not to much flavor. Drinks were very good."
