"A hipster feel cafe by facing Lake Taupo, seems to be quite popular with locals and visitors. Serving atypical Cafe type food, with sandwiches, cakes and pastries. As it is quite popular and turnaround is quite fast, i find the tables are not cleaned properly. Lots of crumbs on the table and underneath the table. Nevertheless the service is quite fast and the food were quite good and portions were quite generous. We had the steamed mussels which were quite yummy and fresh, the beed pot is their specialty and was very filling, the chicken salad needs a bit of sauce to give more kick to it. Overall was quite satisfactory."

"Definitiw the best kebab in the city. the service was fast, and the sitting corner was also nice. the portion size is quite large. we ordered the lamb and the mixing plate, and both were amazing. I loved all her sauces. also got Turkish joys for dessert, after which were delicious. amazing eating for a reasonable price."
