"Stopped there from our way back from Aviemore and had beers . The one I had was Cairngorm Gold. Good interiors and plenty of outdoor seating area which you can enjoy on a dry day. The entrance to the pub was a bit confusing as there are two. If you climb up the stairs it takes you to the restaurant. And the rather back door entrance is to the bar and beer garden. Overall a good pub and for a quick stopover if you are in that area"

"Had a great early evening drink here and could see how this would make a fantastic Apres Ski' venue in the cold winter months. A fine selection of cask ales with Punk IPA on keg. Well decked out with corrugated iron which helps to create the right ambience. Only one gripe the excellent menu finishes at around so we missed it. Finishing cooking a little later would mean we would have eaten and stayed much longer in this top bar."

"One of the best fish and chips I have had. The fish was so flakey when I cut into the batter. Chips were fat and lovely. Good portion size. It was very filling. Although it would Have been nice to have ketchup or Mayo available. Sachets were available for 50p but personally I like it to be available when sitting in and eating. Staff friendly, I liked the free water and cups. It was lunch time and quite busy."

"I'm struggling to give even 1 star. I have never experienced such poor service or had such unedible food. A table for 2 we ordered 2 starters and 2 mains at 8pm. One starter came out and by the time I managed to get a waiters attention my partner had eaten their starter. I declined to wait for it Any longer and cancelled my starter.the mains arrived, looking great, but on tasting the food it tasted burnt. Turning over the meat showed it to be quite badly charred giving the foul taste. It was returned to the kitchen and I declined a new one to be cooked. Not an enjoyable experience"
