"Awful. Arrived to meet my family 15 minutes later than the booking due to terrible roadworks traffic with my 2 year old in tow, to be asked immediately what I wanted to order. After asking for a couple of minutes we were told that this wait would put us behind another table (should this even matter and should we have even been told this? . Starters came fine, then waited an hour for our mains. It would have been less painful if the food was actually incredible but it’s bog-standard, basic, dry, loaded with salt and I could make better at home. After a trip to the loo I realised there were literally 2 other tables covered so god only knows why there was such a delay. Definitely won’t be coming back. Save yourself the pain and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. We had a good view of the kitchen to see staff on their phones while we were waiting too."
