"Great outside space with plenty of tables and parasols for those that want shade. Very busy but relaxed atmosphere throughout. Really enjoyed the food which was good value and reasonable portion sizes. The garden is a sun trap in the afternoon. Plenty of parking on site."

"Always hit and miss, sometimes good sometimes average. Cod often more batter than fish. Unsure why the revamp has left less inside space for people to wait. Expensive without the consistency of best quality. This is only my opinion."

"Stayed for 2 nights and loved the place. A nice country Inn, full of character. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the breakfast especially good. The staff were attentive at all times and a special shout out for Anna the bar manager, she made us feel most welcome throughout our visit."
