"We went to benoit to celebrate our jubilee. if they are looking for a Michelin restaurant that doesn't make them bankrupt, this is the perfect choice. eating was exceptional and the menu choices were exquisite. we had wild boar, hate terrine and foie gras. rabbit bowl and sweet bread with truffles. very rich dishes and had no place for desserts. if they can't end their court, they can't take it to go. I know it's not common in paris, but it's not this place. A nice culinary experience and it's worth it."

"Since it was my last evening in Le Vesinet with my friend Helene I invited her for dinner at Les Canotiers in Chatou outskirts of Paris. We had not made a reservation and were lucky to get a nice table in a corner which was...perfect for us the restaurant was very welcoming and we were escorted in a very friendly manner. The menu is not very big which is good so you know that everything is fresh. I ordered to start the Vitello Tonnato which is thin sliced veal with a tuna sauce simply divine. My friend had the Foie Gras to start which was excellent as well she let me try. I love both dishes but I had to make a decision in what to order. We had for our main course again 2 different dishes, I had the Filet de boeuf sauce aux capes et pomp pont-neuf which is a filet of beef with mushroom sauce and hand cut friend potato. My friend had the Filet de Saumon which was very nicely presented and was a good size portion with veggies cut like tagliatelle with some drops of sauce around the plate. We also had ordered a bottle of red wine which we shared I can't recall the name of the wine we had it was not a Bourdeaux wine as she doesn't like Bourdeaux wines. After our main course we were asked if we wanted dessert we both opted for the same dessert with was the tart with pistachio raspberries. I also had coffee to close of an excellent dinner. I left very happy it wasn't cheap but worth the money we paid. If I ever come again in that area I would go again. This is worth a visit if you are in that area."
