"The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Anchor. My four friends thought the venison pie and the vegetarian one where excellent. The pub did get very busy whilst there which affected service."

"The food is excellent, well presented and for a change these days,seasonal. they Sunday roast is really good value, but make sure you book, it 's very popular. Finally, the chocolate brownie is to die for, best I have ever had. Harvey 's ales are on draft and the it a very good range of gins as well as a comprehensive wine list from house up to 'how much?!!"
