"Went there off season (end may). Staff was very kind and friendly. But the servings did not match. Vegetables are usally unseasoned steamed carrots. Rice is fine. The scallops were as well unseasoned and uninspired. If you ask >30 CAD per dish the sauce tartare as well as the salad dressing should not be a commercially packed high processed Kraft product. I would not recommend. The basic product (scallops) were very good and should have deserved better"

"We picked up seafood got our lobster cooked asked for 11/2 or 2 lbs sure it was not that big but asked to have it cut but it wasn’t when we got back to our cabin . It was all good fresh as it gets"

"Been stopping by here for years now and the only reason is that the food is great. We did a run up the Northern Peninsula and dropped in on the way up and again on the way back. (Talked to the owner in his Giftshop...where we tried to phone home and ask the size of an item our Granddaughter would wear. No Internet and the owner apologised saying how he had tried to get it but could not.The Provincial Government brings in Taxes from this mom/pop business but the Government does not help much)"
