"Sam was lovely welcoming so we’re all the other team behind the bar. The chef was also spot on with the steak/ale pie veggies creamy mash I thought the vegan burger was very tasty, nice chilli kick, fresh piping hot- which is usually not the case in most restaurants. Thank you we will be back!"

"So a beautiful sound! I passed this pub at visit but never in there. what a tasty bite! a firm for the eyes, with Christmas balls above the deck. the place is quirky, cozy and comfortable. the staff was nice and friendly and the food delicious. we had the thunfish battle and the holumi Mediterranean veg wrap. both were beautifully presented, along with a cup of tea with the most enchanting turf tee cozy. 10/10, we're coming back!"

"The food was greasy and bland . It was a Bank Holiday and we were surprised the restaurant was so quiet but not once we had the food. The Italian restaurant below was heaving so will try that next time!!"
