"My traveling companion and I enjoyed a meal here at the recommendationof our hotel. We were lucky that the restaurant was open on a Monday night in that most were closed. We selected the Prixe Fixe "Marche" as the best value and it turned out to be a winner. From the moment we sat down, we were impressed with the attentive service and the friendliness of the owner and his assistant. The fish served as the main attraction was fresh and great tasting. The white wine complimented the dish but could stand to be a little more Chardonnay like for our tastes. Altogether, a most pleasant meal, unhurried and great tasting!"

"Everything started well yet... A good entrance (scalope of foie gras), myself of the velvet kidneys, well also my partner with duck with bits, then one bit almost empty, very little accompaniment, damage! During this meal of hotel guests arrived the evening was ruined.. Concerning the verrine dessert with brown cream., I still look for it.. one teaspoon was present I still look for the homemade biscuit that was indicated on the map. A lot of whipped it was very scary! It's not too expensive, but it's not worth any more."

"The menu featured what appeared to me to be local dishes, which were prepared very well. We both had a chicken main dish and Paris Brest for dessert, and chose different starters terrine and snails. All very good. The service was warm and efficient. While...we were eating a large party came in and went to an upstairs room, but our service continued to be good."

"It had been a number of years since I last ate here and yet again the experience did not disappoint. It was such a pleasure to while away the hours with friends as we caught up on various experiences. This is a traditional family run restaurant serving exquisite cuisine where the service is impeccable and the atmosphere/ambience reserved and understated(this is a positive point ,by the way) As the weather was rather chilly we all opted for a warming chicken curry which certainly didn't disappoint. I almost forgot the divine pumpkin soup to start. The owners(an extremely chic Madame) were on hand serving their clientele ,ensuring that there were no problems and thanking us as we left. Visit here for fine dining and finesse, you will not be disappointed."
