"The shack offers missoulas best breakfast. besides the usual gammmut of omeletts, they also offer more esoteric farewells such as forelle and eggs, black laces and eggs, and chicken boar with jalapeno gravur. eating is excellent, but equally important is ambiente. the personal is both attentive and covered, so they can occupy a stand for a few hours while they receive continuous refilling of their excellent coffee. I make it a habit to stop the shack every time I swing through missoula, and I suggest they try it too."

"We stopped by missoula on the way to the glaciers np because we wanted to pick up the breakfast and the first two standings that google recommended were closed on Mondays. the third result was nob and to say that we were very happy to come here instead of an understatement. I can't tell them how beautiful the staff was and how delicious each and every dish was. the homemade sourdough bread, which was roasted with butter, was the best I ever had, and the French toast with the tartobstkomponat was absolutely skrumple. the veggie omelet came with a side of the acid cream and fresh salsa, which was refreshing. our coffees were also very well done. the seats are limited so there can be some waiting times, but it is absolutely worth it. I'm sad that I'm moving away from here, but I'm gonna make sure to take a way around to stop again when I'm in mt."

"We have usually found the service good at this Cracker Barrel, but today was an exception: we came in for breakfast, today 9/18/22 at 9:00am, and found the hostess to be totally lacking in courtesy or friendliness..no smile, no hello, just How many uttered gruffly, then she took us to a table, out the menus on the table and without another word at all, walked away. This behavior is unacceptable..if ya don't like your job, do us all a favor and Quit! It took forever to get a server to us to take our order...later when we got our food they forgot one of the pancakes and one strip of bacon was practically raw..asked to get another piece cooked well, but it never came, so we finished quickly and left..just to end the experience as soon as possible. Management needs to pay attention to staff performance. We need to end the culture of being so glad people come in to work that they can do whatever the heck they want. good work ethic be darned! another word would be more effective but I doubt it'd be acceptable for this review so I'll tame it down)"

"I am a otr truck driver I swing by the TA here 2-4 times a week for years, and at its peak it was just plain ok. This place closed and before closing for some time before its closing this restaurant was absolutely horrible. I even chose not to visit as it was just plain bad Recently I seen the restaurant was open today I swallowed my pride and reluctantly decided to give them another shot. To my surprise the place was superbly clean. The new staff was very helpful and friendly. Not to mention, My God the food was the best I ever had at and country pride. 20/10 stars keep up the great work I will now be re-visiting this place again as I pass threw."

"Our service was subpar .. our waitress disappeared without communication and left us sitting with eaten appi’s and having not ordered our main.. I asked another server he rudely ask me “well, what, are you in a hurry?!” I was taken aback by that and repeated it to him as another question.. I think he then realized what and how he said it. All they need to do is communicate, that’s it. It’s cheap easy to do if you have common courtesy.. so, we won’t be back .. too bad, it’s a beautiful spot!"

"Wow, can’t believe it’s all vegan! I had the taco meat crunchwrap and some kind of mint chocolate cheesecake-filled doughnut. Both were HUGE, the crunchwrap was greasy but delicious, and neither could have been remotely good for me, but… Wow. If you’re in Missoula, don’t miss getting a donut from here!!!"
