"The hostess directed me from behind the counter to my table. Then it took my waitress 10 minutes to take my drink order, she then brought coffee and didn't bother to notice that there wasn't sugar or cream on the table, coffee was cold by the time she came back. Took my order my food took about 30 minutes to come and was wrong and cold. She did take 10% off the bill but would not take the 10% veterans discount off saying she couldn't do double discount. Worst experience ever."

"Update: the management has reached me and fixed the problem. I encounter up to 5 stars due to their timely reaction and the quality of food at previous visits. we usually get good quality and service. but today was not good. we paid $1.99 for a large-condiment rehearsal of not fresh avocado. this rough avocado would never have left the kitchen, much less sold for this price. also no speck in our breakfast sandwich."

"Ive been a long time fan of this little place, and was introduced to me by my son. being from northern maine, ive had my share of poutine...this place beats the pants off of any ive ever had, delicious.took my son there yesterday and was appalled by the market price of a lobster roll...$32!!!!!!!! that is a ship the meat to nebraska price, not fresh meat 10 miles from down the road. id surprised if there was more than a couple ounces of meat.hell, the waterboro market/deli offers a lobster roll for $15.99, and it is stuffed!may have lost a customer. im fairly disappointed."

"I thought the place had that old Southern feel and found the food to be pretty good. The service was fine and a little sassy which adds some flair to the experience as well. The only complaint was that the busser smelled so badly, it was quite off putting. Every time he walked by his body odor wafted past and lingered. It, honestly, ruined the entire experience and made me eat quickly and leave. I think there are better ways to turn over tables! I am not usually offended by this sort of thing but this was BAD! Not sure I will return."
