"Living very near to this restaurant it has been a firm favorite and a regular place for great food and a location to die for. However, yesterday my wife booked a table for seven with friends visiting from the UK and Barcelona and she was shocked at the terrible service. It seems that the waiting staff have a big problem with offering a friendly service with a smile and the waiter that served us was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful. I guess we spent at least 200 euros and expected a good dining experience. What a shame, the cooking is great, the location is awesome and some employee is damaging the reputation of what is a well known and very popular restaurant. I suggest the management should look into this and make sure the staff are properly trained and provide a service with a smile."

"Terribly disappointed, the worst dinner we had in our time here this year. The fish was so small, I never saw fish this small served in any restaurant in my life. And as someone who doesn't eat meat and lives in Portugal, I have a...fair amount of experience. Within my family we had two robalos and a plate of sardines, and they all were tiny and full of tiny bones, making them unenjoyable. Such a waste of a dinner. And sadly the house wine was terrible too, can't quite understand how thy can have bad house wine in a country like Portugal. Overall, please go somewhere else, so many better places to go... I will surely never be back..."
