"We were here a few times, and we loved it. The food was great and it was quiet. Because we liked it so much, we reserved a place for a mother's day brunch on weekends, and I'm disappointed to say that was NOT a great experience. The service was extremely slow, and they had a strange robot server that pulled out the food. That might sound kind of cool except that this robot played the same Ed Sheeran song over and over as it rolled around. It was annoying fast. We waited almost an hour between the order and the reception of our food, until what time my daughter was very hungry and grumpy. In addition, the repetitive Ed Sheeran Song gave her such a headache that she had to stand up and leave the restaurant to wait for the rest of us outside as soon as she had finished eating. To be fair when I got the reservation, the guy I talked to ask if I wanted to preorder for faster service. Maybe he knew it would be ridiculously slow on Mother's Day. I had no idea what my family wanted to eat in advance, so I couldn't preorder. Maybe I would have helped. But it didn't even seem so busy in the restaurant! It was fuller than I've ever seen, but it's usually quite calm. There were many empty tables even on Mother's Day. It seemed to be a lot of servers, just standing around, not doing anything. As soon as we got our food, it was delicious as usual. I will not give up on this point on the basis of a bad experience after three or four good ones, but I hope they will give this robot server the boat. It just seemed like such a strange gimmicky thing, and it obviously did NOT help the service to be more efficient. Maybe the opposite!"

"Poor customer services. The manager was so rude. I asked to customise the order but she gave me a cold atittude. I went there on wednesday night. I am a regular customer here but from now on I will never go to this location."

"This is an honest and down to earth menu but they do a good burger and there's no pretension about the food or drink here. Sort of looks like someone's grandparents basement from the 80s! Karaoke too."

"The food, decor and service at Ricky's are all pretty much what you expect from a chain restaurant but we've been to this location a number of times (usually with kids or family) and it's always been enjoyable. My kids love the kids menu selections and I like that their kids menu has a booklet that takes them awhile to get through instead of a simple colouring page. My favourites are the omelettes for breakfast, and the hamburgers for dinner. My only complaint is that I usually expect all day breakfast from these types of places but their "all day breakfast" ends at 4pm (for most items)."
