"When we see the entrance of the unforeseen, it does not pay a mine. But when you pass the door, you find yourself facing a welcoming, smiling, benevolent and caring man full of humor. When you pass that door, you must not forget that you are in a bistro and not in a 4-star restaurant. and for a bistro in which the boss is acting on his own as a bartender, waiter, cook and room boy, we could expect everything to be mediocre, but it's nothing! This man is doing all these functions with great deal. He is a warm, caring man, very good cook, concerned with the well being of his clients and who deserves all our respect for this success. The choice, quality and quantity are at the rendezvous. The plates are copyy, fresh products and delicious fries, homemade. and prices! They're more than correct! I eat almost 1 time a week in the family, and sometimes more and never it was served with frozen fries or disappointing dishes! moreover I know its supplier...We spend a very good time and we enjoy each time. I advise him to all those who want to eat without pretensions, to people who don't take their heads and want to spend a good time with family or friends. You can go with your children, he'll always have a nice attention to them."

"Menu à la carte, a redt of about 20 grs served on a slice of bread with salad and 2 tablespoons of purée to 26€ is a little limit! dried plate!!! correct frame. Don't deserve the detour!!!! the children's menu announced entry melon flat canette with spaghetti ice dessert. A shame when the dish came! instead of the candy my daughter had a magret without sauce impossible to eat so there were nerves with spaghetti without any butter-free sauce, without gruyère! The staff is not smiling, the atmosphere is freezing!"

"While we were in Lectoure for a few days, we became very attached to the Cochon Bleu, returning several times for breakfasts and lunches with some of our grown up children. The food was good and fresh and the the patrons, Laëtitia and Richard, were lovely and thoughtful. The coffee and fresh squeezed juice was much better than the hotel we were staying in and Richard was very knowledgeable and took great pride in his sections of wines, some of which were from local vineyards.The restaurant was also run as a library and bookshop, with children's books and comics to the French classics.The Cochon Bleu added much to our enjoyment of Lectoure."

"Tomorrow is the start to roncevaux, in 310 kms!! You must have a little pleasure before the hike. Excellent menu at 18 euros with 4 choices in the entries, 2 in the dishes and 3 in the desserts. We are the 2nd and advanced the choice. but as the dishes change every day with fresh products, if you are the last ones.The atmosphere is nice, the kitchen is good and the pleasant setting.Bref, we spent a good evening before attacking a part of the way under the particle"
