"I visited this place on Monday 5 December. I ordered the chicken sandwich box and when I came home, the sandwich was as hard as a rock. It was old and the Pommes were fat. I tried to call this place over 10 times and they never answer. I'd like to have my money back, that's the third time I gave this place a chance to do things right when they last overloaded me. In addition, the lady didn't even give me a reception in the drive-thru, so I had secured up to the window and waited almost 10 minutes before someone came into the window, even though I was crying. The same lady who gave me my food said her machine was broken. If you're the manager of this place, give me a number to the manager so I can call her and you can do it right. Otherwise, I recommend that no one visits this place until someone decides that they take care of the customer. I always try to give the establishment or business a chance by calling them and doing things right so I can find out that in my assessment. I can't keep calling and hope someone will answer."

"Wanted to like it. First time we didn't realize kids weren't allowed, so we tried another time sans kid. It looked cool in the photos. Got there and a table was mostly cleaned for us as there was still crumb city left behind. Cocktail list has a lot of sweet drinks and vodka based things. Food from the Spoons kitchen next door is very basic, sandwiches, paninis, etc. Wife had the eggs Benedict that was made with lunch meat slices like you'd get from a package. I had the adult grilled cheese sandwich. Not much going on, a dab of pesto, at least on one half of it. Wife's wine glass had major lipstick leftovers on the glass that had to be sent back. Uses plastic plates, guessing shared from diner next door. Not going to bother trying this again with better options around."

"I?ve been going to Starwood Cafe for over a year now. I absolutely love this place. Kristen is typically the waitress I always get and she?s the best. Polite, friendly, professional and caring. All the staff is amazing and you will love the food no matter what you order. The bathrooms are always clean and I will always continue to give them my business. I will be a lifetime client and will always refer people to go here fir breakfast or lunch. 5 stars is not enough for this place and I wish I could give them 10 stars."

"Ordered the fish and chips. The other people in my group had the bacon burger, cajun shrimp alfredo and country fried steak. We also had fried pickles. The fried pickles were lightly breaded and very good. My group liked what they had, each one said they would order it again. My fish and chips was very good too. The sidewinder fries tasted like potato wedges. They were good but, we all preferred the regular fries. Restaurant had some tv's, great place to watch sports. Good atmosphere. The service was great. This was our first visit but, we were treated like regulars. Our waitress was friendly and on her game. I have to admit, we probably made her a bit crazy. We kept asking for different drinks. Half the group thought the sodas were off a bit (maybe the water in the city). She not only dealt with our craziness but, even after we were settled, she kept checking up on us. We will definitely be back."

"I wanted to share a wonderful experience my friends, family, and I had at E.J. Wills Gastropub. I made a reservation here for a party. Upon arrival the manager and staff met us with open arms. They set us up on the side room, I believe with children our party was 26 people. We had top notch service, the room worked great for the party. Waitresses did an outstanding job tending to all of our needs. They even allowed us to bring in our own birthday cake after everyone had filled up on wonderful menu options from appetizers to meals. Overall I would highly recommend E.J. Wills to anyone. The atmosphere is very welcoming and laid back. This is a great spot for after work drinks, the occasional celebration, and it's family friendly. Thank you for another wonderful experience!"

"I must say I was sadly disappointed with the quality of the food service. I purchased a single jalapeno burger combo. The fries were cold as though they had been sitting and the buyer was thrown together. I paid almost $11.00 for this meal when I could have gone to a competitor and got a better quality meal for half the price on a value menu. With all the competition you would think that these restaurants would try to give better service and products."
