"Was here a year ago when I was in town and enjoyed the food. Returned again this visit and found they changed their menu for the better! Also had the same server Madi. She is great! They added cheeseburgers!! Had the Swiss Mushroom burger DELICIOUS!!! Fries have a tasty seasoning on them. I hope to come back again before flying home. Definitely a place to try!"

"The fries here are seriously some of the best we have had. We have eaten here three times now and the fries bring us back each time. I tried the chili since it's supposed to be what they are known for and was sadly disappointed. It was bland and lacking flavor. I didn't even want to finish it. My husband enjoyed their blt and my kids both loved their chicken strips and grilled cheese. Salsa was pretty good and the tortilla soup was decent. Just wished their chili was better. I would still go back for just the fries, perfectly cooked each time. Service has been great each time too. Very friendly staff"

"I paid with a gift card that the cashier or manager did not understand that he was used as a credit card. I spent almost an hour getting my food. I didn't know they wanted to send me away because they couldn't get it to work. I stayed because I didn't go without eating. I was very patient with them until they found out, almost taking a nap. I wasn't worthy because I felt like I worked hard for food for which I first paid. After a long flight delay and just getting home, I went nowhere else because they couldn't get it right. I hope that with their new knowledge no one has to know what I've done for a burger and pommes. I love Red Robin? Yummm!"

"We had a fantastic experience eating here. It was incredibly clean for an outdoor eatery. There was entertaining live music and the views from the upper deck were lovely. We enjoyed watching all the boats coming and going. The kids enjoyed feedingthe ducks and the fish off the docks. The burgers were tasty and appeared to be handmade. One person in our group had a liveladybug in their lettuce and tomato pile that was on the side. When they took it up to the counter, a whole new burger platewas made for them. We would definitely come here again for a pleasant weekend meal if we?re in the area."

"I have been to this location numerous times Although I havent written a review until now. I would allow for some lextra time because this place can be busy at times so it may take some time to get a table. I can say they have consistently excellent service level and food quality. Portion sizes are plenty for most people. You have tons of sauce selection. If you havent signed up for rewards I would recommend doing so to get deals. I will be going back again soon."

"Service was lacking. I made reservations months ago. In my reservation I included that we were celebrating a Birthday. I also received an email from Jennifer about purchasing a Birthday package. Not only was the server not aware that we were celebrating a birthday. Jennifer never communicated my package requests. The manager tried to upsell me a Rainforest birthday plate. I asked him to check and see if it comes with the $24.99 package. I never saw him again. But the plate magically appeared again. The only magical experience of the night. Mary our server tried her best! I was very appreciative of her attempts to make my child 's celebration somewhat memorable. I will NOT return. I also plan to tell all my family, friends, and social communities not to go. Rainforest/Landry should be ashamed of this location and lack of customer service."
