"With my husband and son for dinner after shopping. One gentleman came out to take our car, but we went in. You have a good selection of subs to choose from or you can get nachos or Hot Dogs. I had a hard time to choose what I wanted because there were so many things that looked good. I got the Turkish bacon Sub, and my son and my husband both got the Italian sub. The two worked very nicely and talked to us while they made our sandwiches. While we're talking to the guys, we figured out they'd deliver too! We took the food home to eat, and we were honestly blown away how amazing the food was. We knew it would be good, only through the smell as soon as we were in the car, but they were beyond phenomenal!! Sub City is definitely better than subway, Penn Station and Jimmy John's! We will go back there!!"

"This location routinely shorts drive-up items in the order. Don't order a sub sandwich--they throw the cheese on the bottom of the box and tear up the pieces and throw them in afterwards. This used to be a great location, but this is the 3rd time ofgetting shorted items and receiving food that had been trashed."

"I had a very regrettable experience at concord volcanoes today. my family and I will not eat here anymore, and that was always our way to the restaurant as long as I can remember. my sister even worked here several years. my mother and I ordered two pizzas today. when my mother picked her up, paid her and then she was informed that the pizzas were burned so that she would have to wait 15 minutes to make new pizzas. my mother sat there and wrote to me that I know what was going on. I asked them if they offered a discount or something, and they said nothing was offered. then she decided to ask the young lady if they could do something for the inconvenience. she went in to talk to her managers and came back and said they would do nothing for the inconvenience. that's horrible disappointing, and I never saw a business work like that. I myself work in business, and if there is a service failure, they do what they do to keep people happy and buy. that has always been the favorite pizza of my family, and we will no longer associate, as this is a very badly managed business. at least they would have offered to keep the burned pizzas together with the newly made pizzas. it was just terrible. the fact that you were told after that she paid about the burned pizzas is also disappointing. So she had no choice to wait, and was not even offered something for the inconvenience. very sad. I myself prefer not to pay so much for pizza, and add the terrible service that has ruined it definitiw. this issue was addressed and our total amount was refunded. that was more than expected. many thanks for the time that went into this matter. very impressed."
