"Ordered a pizza and a side of breadsticks. Pizza was okay nothing to go to town about, and we didn't get the breadstick til after we were all finished eating our pizza which was about 40 minutes after we ordered."

"I'm rating this on chain sandwich shops, not food in general. For a Firehouse sub, it was good. I find their subs a bit expensive, and some of the flavors are not for me. However, I have ordered 2 times on this trip, and the consistency has been on point. My additions were added, it was delivered fast. (Door Dash) And it didn't make me sick. So, again if you like these types of sandwiches, then you should have a good experience here. I tried the Italian, and the beef and cheddar. I honestly would try the beef again, without bbq sauce."

"I was staying at La Quinta for the night. I usually arrive just in time to eat at the restaurant there but the kitchen closed early this time. So after asking the front counter what would be a good place to order from, they informed me Sicily's would be the only place to order this late. So, not wanting pizza, I decided on a sandwich. The ordering process online was a snap, the price was not that bad, but after waiting nearly an hour and a half for delivery, I called and asked if the order has processed. The representative was polite and answered quickly. The order was placed and she said it would be delivered soon. After about 20 minutes more in waiting, the driver arrived and delivered the food. I saw how many things he had to deliver so maybe they were short. I charged it to the game and still tipped him anyway. I went to my room, opened up the food, and it looked good but when I unwrapped the gyro, there was not that much on it. It was four pieces of meat and the veggies were limited on the side. Then the meatball sandwich had only a few meatballs. I was just hungry so I ate what I can and saved the rest for the next day. It is what it is... I don't use delivery and I have never eaten here before so I don't know what the expectation should be but I think they can do better. In summary, easy ordering, good customer support, long delivery times, and maybe skimpy on the meat and good stuff. Could be worth it, could just have been a short experience. You decide."

"Came here with a big group and the service was fast and the employee taking the orders was kind and treated each of us as if we were individual customers rather than trying to get through the group as fast as he could. My sub was pretty good and the selection of food is pretty big. You can find more on the online menu than you can on their menu in the building if you aren’t able to find something you want."
