"First ,if you look through my reviews you will see I very rarely give a bad review but after 3 trips here lately here one is!! All 3 times as a solo visitor I sat at the bar, twice with what I learned tonite is the owner and once with her and another bartender. Im asked what I would lije to drink and receive it cold, which is why they got two stars not one, and do not have them approach me again until my drink is empty. The thing is I came for food and drink. No asking if Id like to see a menu or if Id like to order something. People around me were eating, it was dinner time but nothing. Last time I paid for my one drink and left, tonite when a second bartender arrived( no it was not busy) asked if I wanted another, I said yes and how about an order of fries since I came here for dinner. “Im sorry would you like a menu “ no I cant stay that long now, just the fries please. Im thinking its a good thing they do a good takeout pizza business or they would not be in business anymore. Oh and hearing the owner complain about customers, including regulars, they may not be for long. Sadly Im saying stay away"

"Food was fast and delicious, can't beat the variety. They are one of the few places around to get a solid meal after 9 or 10 pm so that's a bonus as well. The booth we sat at wasn't cleaned so not great but not too big of a deal and was over all a good experience"

"Messed up my order last 2 times. Thought I’d give them 1 last shot. Messed up the whole order, missing food and when I asked about, they said it’s not their fault my order was taken wrong by their employees. Haha. I wish I would’ve gotten McDonald’s like the other reviews on here."

"Such a neat place to have a beer! The atmosphere is awesome both inside and out. The staff is always super friendly. Their beer menu is pretty inclusive, there's usually something for everyone, and they also have some liquor cocktails available.Their food menu needs a little love, but what is good, is incredible. The tacos are incredible, and they usually have a special taco in addition to their menu staples.. The last time I was there I had the philly cheesesteak sandwich (cheese on the side recommended by me so you can control how messy it is) and I am obsessed with it. So darn good.If you are visiting Lansing and like beer, I would say this is one of our better breweries with food atmosphere, staffing, quality of beer, quality of food makes for an overall positive experience."

"Troppo wine poor (small pour) Longhorn poor (larger pour) Troppo cost $9.00 Longhorn cost $6.00 Similar wines. The bartender was offended when I asked about the wine pour. What ever happened to common sense and courtesy requirements when hiring people. This restaurant needs to revisit how to make customers feel welcome. Customers are your life blood and with today’s social media , staff should be extra kind and welcoming. Troppo is starting to get a reputation for treating the customers poorly."
