"I wanted to love this place, I enjoy the support of family restaurants! I don't know if it was because we still came from Kovid, but my family and I were disappointed with the food, and the decor could use an update. It crossed from retro to simply old and somehow delicious. The waitress said the Ranch Dressing was home, so we did. However, it was unfortunately some of the worst ranch we ever had. Thin and watery, did not taste homemade in any way. The pasta with butter had much too much garlic, and the red sauce was not to our pleasure. The portions are very large and you will certainly take something home, but we did not even eat our remains. The best was definitely the garlic bread. I'm sorry we won't return."

"The company i work for provides weekly lunch to its employees and we decided to order from this place so that we may support local businesses rather than ordering from chain restaurants. We ordered a day ahead over the phone and had someone pick up (not delivered) the food and make the payment. Once i saw the receipt, i noticed they charged us $123.00 for service charge!! We understand leaving tips or having a charge in place IF IT HAD BEEN DISCLOSED. It feels deceiving. This is not a small charge so i feel they should have informed us of this fee. 18% for a to-go order? No other chain charges this. We did not eat there, we picked it up. Increase your menu price if you have to. Their menu is not cheap either. When i spoke to them on the phone their defense was they showed the total to the person picking up and they seemed ok with it. and also because it was a large order . The person picking up is not going to notice that cause they 're just there to pick up and pay. It 's the principal of the matter and what upsets me the most is that it was not disclosed that this fee would be automatically charged. It 's like they just slid it under hoping we didn 't notice since it is a company paying for it. Our company is small too, that 's just not right. I would not recommend anyone to order catering or a large order from here."

"A lot of reviews were complaining about their service; however, I did not have such experience. I ordered a large 1 topping pizza via phone multiple times. A pair of older couple were working. They were very friendly and honored my coupon! I got my large pizza for $12, which was a good deal! Based on my past experiences, the pizza was made just right that it was not over baked! The pizza was very flavorful. Love the taste! Great quality control. Already planning my next meal here!"
