"I wasn't able to check on the subway site as I threw my receipt away. I really hope someone in management sees this. I came to a really busy shop today and was served by a man named Xavier. He had a brand new employee and only him there with a really long line of customers. However, he was calm and efficient, training, while still supporting professionalism and speed customers. I noticed that he taught his coach about cleanliness and accuracy when ordering. He also apologised to every customer about the waiting that I was extremely impressed by his grace and courtesy. Whatever small amount you guys pay is not enough. It deserves an increase or at least consideration of the promotion"

"Warm and friendly neighbourhood restaurant with delicious pho. The soup is savoury and the pho well-balanced overall. A couple things that could be done better are the toughness of the brisket and and thickness of the cartilage (it's sliced too thin). Love the friendly manager who helps run this family business!"
