"Goddard's Flippin Burgers made its start in my hometown, Bancroft, ON. The owners Nadia and Mike are so kind and caring and feel just like family. They provide exceptional customer service and the food does not disappoint either. Fresh juicy beef and amazing fries make dining out an experience to be remembered. I recommend eating here. The restaurant has also recently branched out and upgraded to the Galaxy building in Peterborough, ON."

"This place is ridiculous! They refused to give us our meal we ordered without waffles.. because the meal has to have them we had family over and got the 18 pc. Meal.. sub par mac. Salad. Tasteless chicken and ever since they did their renos...or what ever else they did they have decided that 72 for chicken meal was okay... Ya 72 bucks !!! I 've seen 40 for 13 pc at Mary Brown 's .. 72 bucks is horrid avoid at all costs go somewhere where your not ripped off.. all food sub par you can make better chicken at home! They used to be good.. b4 they renovated now they are not."

"Wonderful spot for fish and chips. Real fresh halibut and good size portions. Would recommend halibut, fries and for appetizer the smelts or chowder.Beautiful view of look out across road.They now accept debit verses just cash!Friendly small town service and always busy with locals. Only negative is coffee is per cup instead of bottomless."

"This restaurant is in a beautiful house on the top of a hill. It has your standard pub fare and is typically priced. I had nachos and a beer. The nachos were good. The staff was really friendly and the view from the patio is great."

"The best Fish 'n Chips I have had in a very long time and a generous helping as I had the two-piece plate for $24. Four pieces of fish: two long strips and two shorter fish rolls with plenty of fries, two cups of tartar sauce and another cup of coleslaw. I was hungry after a day of motorcycling and actually left the last roll of fish. That is a first as I never leave anything on a plate and unfortunately, no room for dessert (a weakness of mine). Oh, did I forget the beer?In comparison, back in the city where I come from, I 'd be looking for the fish they were so small.A bit noisy on the patio the odd time, but there is plenty of indoor sitting as well.Great motorcycling roads in the area...Elephant Lake Road and many others."
