Nowhere in the entire city of Belleville, is there a fish and chips restaurant that even comes close to "For The Halibut" in Bancroft. We have NO problem driving 1-1/2 hours (pleasant drive) to Bancroft for the first rate fish and chips these people put out. The reviews I do not agree with all of them. We went for dinner at 5 yesterday. We placed our order,15 min.later the power went out. The waitress came around and told some tables could have their fish but no fries, substitute for a salad, or did not have to take are order.
