"Currently the consistently best food in the Port. Best bread in the Kennebunks hands down. “Duck two Ways” was amazing. The pork chop is always good (although looking forward to them mixing up the sides again… previously had more complementary flavors). When they have it, the short rib is another go-to dish. And though it seems odd just getting chicken at a nice restaurant, their chicken dish over rossoto is SO good. They had the best strawberry shortcake I had ever had in my life when they made it with a warm biscuit; but unfortunately are back to a more mediocre recipe as of this review. The bread pudding (depending on the flavor combo) is another excellent choice."

"Had two awesome meals at the restaurant while in town for the Christmas Prelude. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time, the a burger on the following night. Their fries are perfectly cooked and just the right crisp, Cole slaw was great. Mixed drinks were a little weak, but the beer offerings were excellent. Place gets a bit busy but the staff has the energy and drive to keep up and was always pleasant."

"During a day of antiquing along US Route 1, we wanted a quick lunch. My spouse is always looking for a great local restaurant while I wanted to grab a bite and get on with it. After visiting, I found this was a local landmark. It was recommended by a friendly staff person at the adjacent thrift store. The hot dogs were old fashion and had a nice crunch when you bite into them. There were all the usual fixing available. The one or two dog box comes with amazing French fries and a choice of drinks. We drive through Kennebunk a couple times a year and I will stop again."

"Beautiful spot and yummy food. The beer battered fish was hot and super crispy. My clam chowder was excellent and extra creamy (especially good with a sprinkle of Tabasco). My one cocktail was lights out for me....a good pour for sure! Not to mention the views ?"

"Best lobster roll I've had yet! I got the hot lobster option with butter vs cold with mayo. That is the winner! Grabbed some fries and a root beer and I was in heaven. Definitely coming back again. Service was awesome! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50"

"This place is amazing! It’s got a great vibe, super knowledgeable and friendly staff, and I could eat that food every day of my life. Our group just picked a lot of things off the menu to share so I got to try a decent amount of their offerings. Everything I tried was better than the last. the presentation, the flavor combination, the timing of every plate, it was all perfect! The drinks did not disappoint either. The cocktail menu was very creative, the wine selection was unique and exciting and the bartender with all the curly hair is my new best friend. Long story short, if you’re in Kennebunk for five days I would suggest making six reservations here…"
