"Please note: this review is for the Skokie location, not edgebrook.Very disappointed in this shop. Ice cream was average. Not bad, not amazing but satisfactory. However, they charged MORE than a high quality chicago ice cream shop and gave the smallest scoops I’ve ever had.Save your money and go to Jeni’s ice cream or Capannari for great ice cream. You will pay less and get way more. For heaven sake, you’re better off going to Dairy Queen or Culver’s. All are a better deal and better ice cream."

"AOK catered my son’s Kiddush Luncheon, and our guests still talk about it. Just had Thanksgiving catered by AOK for the first time this year, and it was thee best Thanksgiving meal we have had in years! Count us in for a repeat order next year. THANK YOU! Highly recommend!"

"We had eaten some food from Bites of Pleasure in the past, so thought to hire them for a women's luncheon. We checked out other local caterers and food providers, and they simply didn't have the imagination to create the menu we envisioned. We challenged Ayelet, the owner and chef, to come up with creative, healthy food that would appeal to a variety of different consumers. The food was beyond our expectations, and the menu was terrific. No other local caterer came close. From roasted kale with celery and carrots, to two-color quinoa with roasted veggies, from roasted butternut salad with currants to sliced beets with lemon, the food truly was exceptional. We would definitely use Bites of Pleasure for our next event. Prices were extremely reasonable, too, and presentation was lovely."

"This place is a gem. Don't let the name fool you--though Annie's has amazing pancakes, you will be stunned to see the variety of choices on the menu. My family recently moved to the area and we are so thrilled to live so close to Annie's! Not only is the food delicious, the portions are very generous, and the staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's rare nowadays to find such genuinely friendly and personable staff. Can't wait to go back!"

"I found a new favorite drink stop! On a mission to run errands with my niece we passed this gem and made a point to drive back down Golf Road on the way back. I have not had bubble tea since 2004 and I guess it's making a come back or just never left? . My niece got iced milk tea will tapioca at 50% sweet. She loved it, though wished she went more like 38% sweet. I enjoyed a blended green tea 25% sweet with tapioca. It was a green tea smoothie. The flavor was delicious. The tapioca texture was perfect. Cute shop, live the'tea' rex paintings. I will be back! Currently taking orders through the walk up window 7/23/21 ."
