"The saltwater grille was fantastic! we came for happy hour (incredible deals, good pours) and dinner (fantastic food) and the highlight of it all was the service. the bartender and the waitress, Jill, were attentive and gave great recommendations. one of our friends is gluten free and they were incredibly accommodating and Jill was funny and friendly as can be. highly recommend for drinks/dinner if you're in the area!"

"Customer service 10/10. Prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. We called for a pick-up order on Mother's Day and it was ready in 20 minutes. We tried the cream cheese wontons, steamed dumplings, pork fried rice, vegetable lo-mein, sesame chicken, and dragon phoenix. It was all very good. The cream cheese wontons are the sweet kind with crab. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu in the future. We will definitely order again."

"Had dinner here after Fall Harvest at Haight Vineyarrd. We are a retired couple who like good food well prepared. That is what we found at the Village. A menu with what looked to be delicious choices, choices which should satisfy nearly all palates, prices to satisfy all pocketbooks. Our dinners were all (there were four of us) delicious. The waitress was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. I see that one reviewer complained about Litchfield prices , but, at the Village, a review of the menu shows very good sounding entrees and sandwiches at modest prices. Don 't pass this one up!"

"Eating was amazing that we both loved our meal times. there were not many people at the place (we could sit outside) it was a great night wether wise so we are happy about it. our service was very hesitant and came to us a few times to place our order without having it on a pushy wise as we simply did not ready bc everything looked amazing! we finally decided and placed our order. So suppen and salat came out, he loved his salat and my French wobbles were fantastic. our meals came exactly as we order and were both delicious again I had chicken parmigiana and he had a garnel dish. Unfortunately, this is where it changes as our orders that we have not seen our server. for about minutes, there were other servers that were also on the terrace that brought everyone in touch with us, but never even came to see how we were or when we needed something. I had weeping and water and he had an ice cream at this place completely empty. Finally, our waitress came out and went to us and asked if we were willing if we needed something I said, yes please another round of drinks, we were empty for about minutes, but never saw that they took our glasses and went away when they went into the building I was facing my friend, which meant that I was in front of the door she went in. there was a young boy who sat there who had seen the food, so I knew he worked there, he went on to mumble to see our server and roll us sucking. When the server came back, I explained that I saw what he did, and it was unprofessional and not called for, and that we did not appreciate that he spoke rudely or negatiw about us, with a beat she knew what I was talking about, and apologise as she said it was also inappropriate. she went away and spoke to him when he got up and went in. she came back and said, Oh I apologize, that was inappropriate, but he's family so they know. Unfortunately, this has the fact that we do not return."

"We decided to stop for lunch at West Street Grill. It had been a few years since we were here. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by Mr. O’Shea. He stopped by our table a few times with a couple of recommendations. His focus on his customers, attention to detail and commitment to providing the best experience was obvious. Our food, from the appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our server, even on her second day did an excellent job. We are so glad we stopped."

"Absolute jewel. I'm usually not a big burger, but the Firecracker was excellent and made me a burger. The sauce was great and only the taste of the meat was excellent. The onion rings were just as good. Add a fun ambience and serve food until midnight and this place is destined to become a favorite of me."

"Went on Feb for a Valentine's treat dinner. First time there. Host was dressed in a shabby blue-jean looking wrinkly shirt. No tie. Service was okay. Ambience was meh (table setup was weird). Food, however, was DEE-licious. I had New England Clam Chowder and Surf n Turf. Worth another try bc I believe in second chances and the food was SO good!"
