"La Cucina's lunch special has to be the best deal in Oxford. Your choice from a selection of pizzas, pastas, a risotto or a soup with a side salad and a glass of wine for £8. The food incredible (we had the La Cucina risotto and the Quattro Formaggi both were excellent) and the service was friendly, personalised and lovely. A fantastic lunch all around. We are looking forward to returning for the North Italy Five Course Feast."

"Only stopped here briefly to get out the sun on a hot day but stumbled across my perfect pub. Good mix of old traditional pub with quirky modern touches, bar staff friendly and chatty, good selection of drinks (including pint glasses in the fridge for a bonus point) 2 outdoor seating areas, one sun trap and one oasis of a green and tranquil covered tables, could have stayed all day and night and still wanted to return the next, unfortunately I live in South Wales and the taxi fares would start to add up."
