"I visited this restaurant with my husband and daughter who was visiting us from England to celebrate my birthday. As this is a Japanese restaurant in a staunchly italian environment I was somewhat cautious with my expectations but I did Ryoshi a disservice. It was excellent! The menu followed the traditional format with antipasto, prime and secondi but that’s were the similarity ended. The food was very fresh and not expensive. We ordered a number of salads such a Wakame, edamame beans and salata misto accompanied by a 32 piece sushi (which is served in a platter shaped like a boat), and a bottle of Prosecco. The food was amazing and the service good The Prosecco was too fizzy for my liking but was better after being left to stand for a while. I would definitely go back without any hesitation. The bill with the salads, sushi, and wine was very reasonable. Parking is easy but I’d advise you to book."

"Sartu is in the middle of the beautiful and ancient town of Cortona. Hidden down one of Cortona’s many little streets is this jewel of a restaurant rightly rated as the best restaurant in Cortona, and over the last 10 years of visits, I’ve eaten at many. Each dish is meticulously prepared with an obvious passion for both food and cooking. In the words of the Chef proprietor, Michella Gallerano, “ for me, preparing food is serious play a joy “. The whole experience, from, on this occasion making our reservation through Messenger , to being greeted , served the most amazing dishes from starters to dessert was amazing , personal and unique. Although my wife enjoys a glass of wine or bubbly, I do not drink alcohol. When asked, there was no zero alcohol beer, which is fine. However, the very personable waiter , popped around the corner and found some. Awesome. A tremendous experience, wonderful food and super personable people. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough."

"I thought I'd sit down and drink a beer, but then I saw the menu and I ate noodles with the wild boar made very well to finish with a stink already served sliced with an exquisite goto. then a wine their san giovanni very satisfying to end with a folder of beers of their production. my favorite was the amber, the owner a careful person and that gives the impression of a great worker. also the staff always helpful and friendly."
