"Rib Eye steak on Thursday. Medium-rare or rare. With a glass of pinot. That's what you're after. Tacos are really tasty and delicious too. The ambient can get a bit overwhelming inside though, but the food makes up for it."

"I found a great place to eat, or simply enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail, in Fitzroy St, St Kilda.Terrific food - mainly Italian but also great hamburgers on brioche, salads and antipasti .I've been there a couple of times now and had the pork spare ribs, which were sensational, and one of the burgers. The pasta dishes looked delicious too.Great wine list, really pleasant place to linger and terrific service.Suitable for everyone. It's a short walk from the beach and easily reached by public transport. There is also secure parking available at the rear (a definite advantage in St Kilda)"

"First time I have been here - it was a beautiful afternoon and lovely to be outside. Great lounge music played by a DJ. We only had drinks and a snack but the service was exceptional- nice friendly and prompt- will be going there again"

"After my previous visit here, I was only too excited to bring new friends back to this place to show them how good it had become, unfortunately the new efforts have long since departed and the venue has returned to it former disappointment. 2 in my party ordered the same pizzas which arrived looking totally different to the point that it looked like too different pizzas, one pizza arrived burnt and the 4th was just a miserable blend of mushroom with no hint of the truffle oil described on the menu. As usual u can't adjust things on the menu which is tolerable however wen the restaurant is empty and 4 people cannot split a bill... I don't understand, staff we're short tempered and unhelpful, I found them very rude towards the end of our meal and me and my company will not be returning. So much for a good pizza joint in st kilda"

"As someone who is not a native, I booked this place and thought it would be a nice place for a family dinner before a theatre show. we ordered the banquet for three adults. I also ordered a separate service from gyoza for my daughter. as the waitress told me that in the banquet it would not be enough to feed them too. (That was not true! we were offered with sparkling or still water. unknown, still water was $9! I expected the water to be free of water. so always ask them to type unless they want to be charged. the banquet was beautiful, the highlights of it were the gyoza, the crispy garnel and the raw fishsashimi. the quantities are small for what they pay. it was a Saturday night and we sat on the side. there are heating so it wasn't cold. overall a good experience, but not worth what we paid."

We had the best time tonight at St Kilda, delicious food, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a reasonable price especially if splitting some platters, plates and sides with a small group. Ell was an absolute standout, we are so grateful for her generosity and lovely service. She made the experience so special!"
