"I always thought of Nautical Nellie?s as a tourist trap but after going here for their new brunch launch, I have changed my mind. The food was actually really well prepared, the flavours were balanced, the dishes were different and interesting and theowner and chef truly are trying to show Victoria how much they care. Prices were reasonable and in some cases lower thancomparable restaurants and cocktails and non-alcoholic choices were also well made. I?ll be back for brunch again for sure."

"We chose to eat here because of the proximity to our accommodation and lovely sunny patio. The atmosphere was welcoming and service fast, efficient and very friendly. The food was good too. My wife had a half portion of carbonara chicken that she really enjoyed. I ordered -and enjoyed- fish and chips, with a side of Alaskan gravy (curiosity got the better of me and it was fabulous!)All served with a very pleasant bottle of malbec. One small disappointment: only regular and rather uninspiring coffee. The inability to serve an espresso or capuccino seemed inconsistent with the style and vibe of this lovely restaurant/bar."

"Ordered from the menu in our hotel room. The person who took my order was hard to understand and then hung up on me. I wasn't sure if my order was completed or not? They quoted 45 minutes and the pizza arrived in 45 minutes. The delivery guy was nice but they over charged me. According to the menu and when I used an order online form my total should have been $38. But when the delivery guy arrived he said $48.00. I thought they had messed up and sent two large pizzas instead of two mediums. When we opened the boxes it was two 12" pizzas. So they over charged us $10. We left early the next morning so I couldn't do anything to remedy it. The pizza was mediocre. The dough seemed under cooked and the pizza was bland overall. Next time we will check reviews first!"
