"I went here on the weekend expecting a good breakfast given the ratings but was left pretty disappointed. The chai latte was good but the food was far below average. I got the New Yorker bagel. The bagel itself was obviously store bought, didn't taste like a proper bagel at all and was super tough. The hash brown was also obviously store bought. There was so much barbecue sauce that it was basically all I could taste and the white on my egg was quite undercooked. The side of truffle fries I ordered with it were okay but I'm not sure why they were listed as truffle fries as I couldn't taste a hint of truffle. Don't think I would waste my money here again."

"Such a lovely place and attentive service but the food is not that great, old fashioned breakfast menu and average tasting, we opted to not have the buffet as it didnt look great on inspection and ordered off the breakfast menu, disapointing for the price as either overcooked or bland, Hotel is great and staff are friendly, just needs a breakfast shake up and it would be great."

"Pourboy is certainly not dissapoint! I had a pumpkin, persian fattya macadamia falafel and omg it was good. I had no falafel so far, so it opened me to a whole new world that is falafel! it tasted like a good pumpkin curry with roti brot, reconstructed in a tight package with fresh salad, tomato and tahini dressing. yum I also have the haloumi burger and that is amazing. soft teigbunke, crispy on the outer gooey in the interior haloumi, olive, rocket tomaten. the best I ever had!"

"There's potential in the big and lavish toasties at reasonable prices but they need to improve their execution. They need a better bread this one's too weak and thin and they didn't cut it right so it all ripped apart. The bacon was undercooked and very fatty so it was hard to bite off bits of the big pieces. I think they're card only so the card surcharge is a con."
