"Service is fast and friendly, prices are quite reasonable, portions large, menu options very good. I had a Spring Spinach salad with, strawberries, crumbled blue cheese, bacon and topped with grilled tuna. Tuna was a bit dry/overcooked but salad is available without it or with grilled chicken instead, which would have been a better choice. As of May 1st, Patty's is offering takeout service or walk in order and they'll serve you at thie outdoors tables. Same great, food same great service. Remember this is CASH only."

"Oh my goodness this place is a GEM!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been thinking about their cold brew with cold foam coffee since I got it a week ago need to go back! I love how their specialty coffees aren't just a sugary disappointment, if you prefer bitter you still have plenty of options! Great place to sit outside, easy parking, and healthy food choices!! LOVE!"
