"I have never written a negative review but I have also never been so negatively treated by a host at a restaurant I usually enjoy. It’s not the food that’s the issue, I was sorely disappointed by the host and the customer service.As we finished up dinner and waited for the check, we grabbed the host as he passed by, asking for just a cup of hot water to make a bottle (we had tried a bit before that but our waitress was busy running plates) . Instead of asking if we planned on staying or saying no problem, he told us very surely he had people waiting for our table. Again, we hadn’t been even presented the check. I’m sad that turning tables was more important at the moment to the host than ensuring his guests finished their dinner on a positive note.All it takes is a few words to sour an experience. I really hope our waitress gets to keep the full tip from our evening meal."

"Wow, can’t believe it’s all vegan! I had the taco meat crunchwrap and some kind of mint chocolate cheesecake-filled doughnut. Both were HUGE, the crunchwrap was greasy but delicious, and neither could have been remotely good for me, but… Wow. If you’re in Missoula, don’t miss getting a donut from here!!!"

In addition, they didn’t announce our names for our coffees today, so we were waiting a while for them and then checked to see what was up but they had been sitting out for a while. Always good food though and great coffee :"

"We stopped for lunch and had the Heap and tempeh bacon. The tempeh was nice. The heap needed seasoned quite a bit, but it was filling. In fact, my husband and I split it and were satisfied. Not a ton of options but tasty."

"I'm a foodie and in particular a bagel snob! I'm from the east coast where bagels are a way of life. This place- Bagels on Broadway does it right! Old school boiled bagels that are to die for! Highly recommended!"

"I ordered a blt and pommes without mayo. when it came, it looked good. beautiful presentation. I removed the first half from the spear and was very disappointed. it was good that they doubled the mayo and forget that the b stood for speck. many salat and brot, a piece tomato, (columned between the halves) and what seemed to resemble some speck. I would have literally covered all the speck with my pink finger. I asked for ketchup for my pommes, (they had no spicing on the table with the others) and they brought a bottle with nothing to put it on/in. the sandwich comes in a wire basket. I guess you should get that table off? Anyway, my wife went to the kitchen and got me a smoke to put the ketchup in. beautiful place and I am sure that eating will be better with a little time and practice."
