"Food takes a while to cook, but the outcome is amazing and enjoyable! The indoor dining is clean, staff are kind, but the washroom area is not that clean. The food comes to you hot and fresh, which is probably why it is more expensive than I thought it was going to be. The picture I attached is the Mocha Java Milkshake (I think that was the name), it is really thick which took me so long to drink it and I could not finish it all."

"This is an excellent bakery and the owner is a Christian baker. He's a really nice guy although I couldn't believe Elmo was his real name ? It's really embarrassing to see all these people gang up on him because he doesn't take cash. He's really shorthanded and swaps between baking and serving customers. Having to sanitize his hands after every sale will really slow down service. He had to use touchless payments until he could hire additional staff. I digress. He has some of the best croissants with unique flavors. Definitely the best in Port Moody and PoCo area. Caveat, there's no eating in or seating space, you buy and go. Hopefully he earns enough to expand his space."

"I work in the area and have tried Brown's several times for lunch. The food is above average for the most part and the servers are friendly. Having said that, I had a 75 minutes wait for my food after I was seated. This is the third time in a row that I had to wait for 75 or more minutes to have my order arrive. When I questioned my server about the consistent delays, she told me that Brown's bring in less staff for the lunch crowd and it upsets her because lunch time is always busy. It never changes though. There are ten of us who have tried to have lunch there in a reasonable time frame - usually 2-3 at a time. No more for us. I'm sure they won't miss us but more and more people will refuse to put up with the s-l-o-w service."
