"Pretty much anything you can get regular you can get gluten free. Gravy there is gluten free and vegan so poutine is safe. The owner told me they also have a dedicated sandwich press for gluten free sandwiches. One of my daughter’s favourites."

"Arrived on Sunday October 7th at 3:57 p.m. the gentleman at the King Street location was extremely rude. We did not realize the store did not open till 4. The Facebook page as well as their Google page claimed they were open on Sundays from...11 a.m. till 1 a.m. not only did he not want to entertain my husband's interest in doing the ghost pepper Pizza challenge he repeatedly reminded us that we were actually inside the store before they were actually open so whatever we wanted we were going to be waiting on. After asking for menus we retreated to her vehicle to examine them. It was our fault for not noticing the neon sign was not lit up but when we open the door and walked in we had just assumed they were open for business. We waited a few minutes so that he could get things started that he needed to and went in to order seemingly simple items. A pizza sub and two wraps. We were then told that one of the wraps we would be waiting a half an hour for because they didn't have steak cooked for them. The second rap my daughter wanted cucumbers on which they were out of. At this point we traveled to the Charlotte Street location where we received our meals in a far more manner and quite quickly. At the end of the day the treatment overshadowed any food. We don't get to travel much and when we do it's on a budget so we choose where we're going to stay and where we're going to eat in advance and carefully. This was my daughter's first time in Cape Breton and first time in the restaurant there. I hate that that is her first memory from that fact now. As someone who works in retail this would never be accepted buy me and it certainly wasn't acceptable towards me."
