"Gave the Tuesday quiz a try holy moley what a farce! Googling teams weren't in it ! Pretty much every table were at it. The music round was 10 country songs ask yourself would your 21 yr sibling know 16 tons by Tennessee Ernie Ford? Well a table of young students did... really ? Very handy that Shazam, the HT chips were undercooked cold, the bread was nice tho bought 20 mins earlier from local shop! We didn't bother staying for play cards right it was gone 11 had to be up for work. Wont be returning. Bye"

"I and the woman heard that there was a new menu and thought we would try. it was great that I had buttermilkburger and the good lady had the kebab. the burger was fresh huh and the kebab was amazing. the personal was excellent and. we were for the quiz that was brilliant and a great date out at night."

"Nice food but needs restaurant management. Staff need some direction as organisation was poor. Went for Sunday lunch but staff did not know whether they were serving Sunday roast or not. Meals came out of order starter came after main course. Food and drink was good. Farm Shop next door was not the same. It is so sad to see it as it is at moment."

"Not a nice experience, unfortunately! Visited for the first time on Sunday for the carvery. Like other reviewers, our first impression was just how run-down everything looked. The place just felt dirty as well. Apart from the colleague greeting and seating customers, the staff looked thoroughly miserable and were quite unfriendedly. Food was very underwhelming. Beef was tough, stuffing was dried out and virtually inedible, the small selection of vegetables were luke warm bordering on cold. The gravy resembled brown water and was thoroughly unpleasant. Will not return and really couldn't recommend the place to anyone, sorry!"

"Went in for a Sunday lunch .. I had 3 meats which was fresly cooked. Vegatables were fresh and cooked to perfection. And meat gravy topped the meal off. I have to say the menu and food together with the freshness of the product is 100% an inprovement . Well worth it. And I will recomend the place to anyone. Well done charlotte and dom"

"Some of the bad reviews on here are either years old or due to delivery times during lockdown. I can only review based upon my own experience and must say the food is always good, hot and cooked perfectly. I regularly go here and have tried virtually everything. No complaints here. Lovely food and lovely people."
