"My husband and I have eaten lunch here many times (should have reviewed before!) .. authentic Italian panini and really good coffee. The ladies who run this place are so friendly and can't do enough to ensure you enjoy your experience here. Today I left my jacket and they chased me down the street to return it to me with a smile. They have an amazing selection of cold meats sliced in front of you and many Italian specialties. So happy we have an authentic deli in Hamilton !"

"A number of women from Curves gym go for coffee on Friday morning. Someone proposed EuroBar to have a table for six. When we arrived, our table was ready and the orders were taken quite quickly. Besides coffee, four of us ordered food. Here the wheels have dropped. After about 30 minutes I asked a server how long it would be before our meals would arrive. It was then discovered that the server that took our order had left our order on their notebook in their back pocket. So the order for the food had not been placed plus one of my friends coffee never arrived. At this stage we decided to quit our food, because many of us had other places to be and no longer wanted to wait around. No one also asked us if we wanted a second coffee/drink until the mistake was discovered. Basically they take your order and then never ask if things are okay. In this terrible time with COVID, you would think that the staff would be interested in ensuring that every order was fulfilled. Even the apology from the server was half-hearted. I have roughly added that they have lost a minimum of $60 in orders, plus we will go elsewhere in the future. Most Fridays are between 6 and 10 people in our group on Friday and we would have returned if the service was satisfactory. I can't recommend food as nothing we ordered."

"Ordered two meals from here and had them delivered to the apartments I was staying in. Not sure how they can call themselves Gourmet though as the food was pretty substandard especially your Greek salads. This resembled a pig trough for me and tasted pretty woeful as well. The food also took forever to deliver as well even though they were only 5-10 minutes up the road. Lime is off my radar now."

"Took my Mum here for breakfast when we visited Newcastle in November. Great menu selection and very friendly/efficient staff. Coffees were great, so that was a good start! All of our breakfast selections were generous sized serves and full of flavour. Would happily visit again...on our next trip to see family."

"Very good choice of Mediterranean-style dishes, with lots of gluten-free options, so I would recommend coming here if you are a coeliac. Our group had the slow-cooked lamb in lemon and olive oil, garlic mussels, salad and pizza (GF option is available). Obviously olive oil, garlic and herbs feature in lots of Med dishes and it is delicious. Staff were very attentive, there is a well-stocked bar and meal sizes are quite generous."

"We have a big family(29) but this was absolutely no problem for Martez, Eugenie and their team. Great home cooked food at a very reasonable price. Great beach outlook. I had delicious mezzo plate with vine leaves, pita, tzatziki dip, olives. Then my moussaka with...Greek salad and chips was tasty. We tasted souvlaki, fish fillets, and they were all tasty. Only open for Sunday lunch, make sure you email for a booking."
