"I take my mom out every week as l live over 100miles away so do a bit of shopping then go for lunch never had a bad meal we all have different meals and is n always excellent, staff are brilliant very friendly even got to know some off the customers who very nice and friendly to my mom and myself which is nice because mom is 85 xx"

"I have to write this review out of shock! Went on Saturday night with my daughter as this was one of my favourite restaurants in the village! How disappointed I was to see the small new menu , with such minute steak and chips! Ummmm...what happened to the mussels in white wine sauce something a bit different? So we went with a shared meat board! This was in fact the worst meat board I have ever seen, ham out the packets, a few slices of salami no pickles And served on a plate, just shocking for £12.00 The restaurant was bright with all the lights on, no atmosphere, normally candles on table and a open fire! Service slow. Please bring back the old Gales Your Sunday roast was the best now you have even stopped doing them and replaced with burgers! Will never return until this place gets sorted such a shame"

"This is a big pub with many different zones, so easy to find somewhere that suits the mood. Prices are very reasonable, with drinks included in the dishes. The food could be more exciting, but quite ok."

"Great selection of food, we went twice during our stay in Llandbedr. First night we had Steak and Guiness pie and Chicken Nanizza (mix between naan and pizza and they were nice. Second night we had Anglesey Burger (very filling! , chicken and avocado salad (there was no avocado and we weren't told this at the time of ordering but we were so hungry at this point we didn't care . No table service, you had to order at the bar which didn't bother us, however bear this in mind if you go on a Saturday evening as the bar area is small and got very busy. Nice seating area outside, you can sit by the wall along the stream. Prices were reasonable too. Also of note, food isn't served beyond 7pm on Sunday. We recommend you book during busier periods."
